Margie Skowron-Sieka is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Professional Psychology from Roosevelt University. Joining the clinical team at an employee assistance program, Margie gained extensive experience working with adults seeking guidance in stress management, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship conflict, women’s and men’s issues, and workplace concerns. While her clinical work has been incredibly rewarding, one of her most influential roles has been providing clinical supervision and mentorship to staff counselors and practicum students. This extraordinary opportunity has
led Margie down another path~ to pursue a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision. She is currently studying for her doctorate at Adler University, with the hopes of continuing on her journey of advocacy and leadership.
When she is not focused on her studies, Margie spends her time running around with her 2 boys Luke and Ben who she now believes may have been unconsciously named after Star Wars characters. While her family is her first love, she can’t seem to live without her pup Bella, the sound of old records, her favorite band Van Halen, meditation, and of course, chocolate.
